Our credo is to contribute to the well being of our guests at all levels of care.

Enjoy, in a nice atmosphere and attentive service, our Mediterranean dishes that are prepared for you by our chef Madi and our assistant chef Cris.

When we buy our goods, we pay attention to freshness and quality, and place special emphasis on local and seasonal products. Analogue cheese, ham and other form of "magic" find no place in our kitchen.

WINE
Adapted to our menu, we have in cooperation with the wine dealers Fertsch and Wein- u. Sektgut Stefan Breuer created a wine list for you, where you will surely find the right wine. Our staff will be happy to help.

MINERAL WATER
Our mineral water from RhönSprudel has been awarded top marks
(Originial; Ökotest 2007 (very good); medium; Ökotest 2009 (very good) and stew; Ökotest 2009 (very good).

BUSINESS LUNCH
Monday-Friday (11.30-14.30 clock) you will find a daily changing selection of lunch menus from 07,00 € including starter. (For this, please reserve in advance).

PARKING
Through lunch hours our guests are entitled to use the parking lot of the Etap hotel on the left side of the restaurant. From 17.00 clock there are many companies parking lots right from the restaurant (behind the barrier) available.

SUN TERRACE
Let us take you into the Dolce Vita of the South, thanks to our Mediterranean sun terrace with palm trees and garden, you feel like being on holiday.

SMOKING LOUNGE
For our smoking guests, we have set up a heated smoking lounge in the patio area. You don‘t have to fear the cold in summer and winter days, because of nicotine withdrawal.

PHILOSOPHY
We, the Al Tramonto team understand ourselves as part of the modern, multicultural Germany in which every individual in his otherness is respected. Furthermore, we believe that everybody has their part to contribute to the community well and should have the opportunity to do so. In our restaurant it is lived every day, as many cultural influences are united in our common identity among the Al Tramonto.
